Aaron McCall

Full stack developer

Aaron is one of those rare birds known as the Full-Stack Developer.™ On any given day, he can be found elbows deep in a mess of HTML, CSS, Javascript and Python wrestling order from the chaos that real-world problems present. Aaron has been writing code for the web since 2001 after dabbling with HTML briefly in the late 1990s. He spent nearly a decade in the PHP and Javascript-from-scratch trenches before getting the chance to branch out with jQuery, Backbone, Python and Django.

Aaron grew up on a small farm in Washington state’s Columbia Basin where he spent the first $500 he ever earned to buy a Commodore 64. Through the years he accumulated a wide variety of agricultural and IT knowledge and skills. He has been thrilled to use these combined tools to build several ag-related software projects over the past few years.

In his free time, Aaron loves to sing, dance, cook or go looking for adventure with his wife and children somewhere in the woods near Sandpoint, Idaho. When he grows up, Aaron hopes to be a semi-pro husband, a dad (grandpa? great grandpa?) that still leads the way on adventures when all the other folks his age think he ought to just “sit down and relax”, and a creator of Useful Things™

We make web software for human people.
(And have a nearly inappropriate amount of fun doing it.)
